Thank you for ordering and supporting my virtual jewelry shop. I started this during the pandemic as a means to create much needed income. Every purchase means a lot to me and my family and I truly hope you are happy with the item you chose and received. If you are not happy I will do my best to help you. Please contact me through my contact page and I will follow up as soon as I can.

SHIPPING ONLY WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
At present I only ship to the contiguous United States. I ship everything through the United States Postal Service. I am not liable for missing packages, incorrect address, or any other delivery issues out of my control. Please keep tracking number in your files. Buyer is responsible to make sure there is a safe and theft-proof location for the package to be delivered. Buyer pays for reshipping fees in the case of incorrect address or package not being dropped off because person is not present.

RETURNS ON NON-ENGRAVED ITEMS ONLY.

REFUNDS FOR NON-ENGRAVED ITEMS ONLY
We do not offer refunds on engraved items or shipping. In the case of an incorrect address provided by the customer we do not offer refunds on shipping cost. If package is dropped off and then is missing it is the responsibility of USPS or the customer.

Due to customization of item we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or discounts on engraved items.

We will not share any information with any third party. We will use your contact information to inform you of sales, discounts, new items, or shop announcements.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTION
Many of our items are custom or handmade and may not be the same within a batch or short production run. This means the product you receive is that much more unique. The pictures we use are representative of the product. The product you receive may vary in detail or color compared to what we show in our shop.

Our inventory is ever changing and quantities change hour to hour and day to day. We cannot guarantee the product you select will be available.
